HOW IT ALL STARTED…
Lifestyle Performance Transformations (LPT) was born from the vision of Founder Matt Sutton. Matt was a young and fit personal trainer just starting his career when at aged 27 he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive Cancer.
In battling his illness Matt discovered the power of nutrition, lifestyle & mindset alongside physical fitness for improving health & wellness.
With this new found knowledge & lease on life he went on to change his whole approach to helping people get the results they desired by using a holistic approach of nutrition, lifestyle & mindset coaching alongside personal training.
He now calls this the T.C.P method.
Within a year of using the T.C.P method Matt was achieving transformational results with clients. As a result he was featured in radio, newspapers and was awarded World Fitness Elite Personal Trainer of the Year 2012.
LPT PERSONAL TRAINING
For a long time personal training was something only the rich and famous did.
Then in recent years with more training providers making it increasingly easier for personal trainers to become qualified, standards in the industry dropped. This led to a huge disservice to millions of people desperate to get the health and weight loss results they desired.
LPT solves both problems of price & expertise.
We offer multiple options to suit your budget,
- 1-2-1 personal training,
- Semi-private personal training (1-3 people),
- Small group personal training (6-8) and
- Large group personal training (10-20).
The big difference with LPT and a normal gym is you will never be left to do a single training session on your own.
Depending on the type of program you sign up to you will always have 1-3 coaches supporting, correcting & motivating you.
The training system we use in our programs has been designed to not only help you lose weight, improve your fitness etc but ultimately improve the way you live your life.
Simple things like walking up & down stairs will be easier. Playing with the children & doing the gardening will be effortless and fun because we use functional movement training as our modality which is based on a foundation of mobility, stability and strength.

LPT NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COACHING
At LPT we want to empower you to make the right decisions when it comes to food. We follow a principle based approach to food, (as opposed to a dieting approach). Our mission is to educate & empower people so they never need to go on another diet again! Using simple principles that form the foundation of good health alongside flexible dieting strategies it can become far easier to lose weight around a busy life than many people think. Further lessons will come in the form of, nutritional coaches, building individual frameworks, seminars, weekly webinars, plus much more. We want to set you up so you don’t fail, kicking goals in and outside of the gym.
