How We Do It (T.C.P Method)

TRAINING

Personal Training with LPT is truly unique as EVERY single member follows a program specific to their goals, needs & level of fitness. No longer will you have to spend hours plodding away on the treadmill with boring cardio workouts. Our members get results in as little as 45 minutes p/session. Our personal training starts with a “movement first” philosophy to ensure we give you exercises that only help (not hinder) your results. We use a combo of metabolic conditioning & strength training to ensure the very BEST weight loss, muscle toning results.

COACHING (NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE)

The nutrition & lifestyle coaching aspect of the T.C.P method has been the real game-changer for our members. Work as hard as you want in the gym but your body will not change until your diet & lifestyle support your weight loss/fitness goals. Any training program that doesn’t come with a nutrition component will fail, that’s why at LPT everyone is assigned their own nutrition & lifestyle coach to help build you a nutritional framework, support you and teach how you can enjoy the finer things in life without it affecting your results too much.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & MOTIVATION

You may not know it yet but just by being hear right now & reading this you are taking steps toward your own personal development & self-growth.
