Matts start to his Personal Training career was an unconventional one – working as a carer to children with disabilities and playing semi-professional Snooker.

However, his love for sport and self-improvement progressed him into the helping-people industry of a different kind. …Health and wellbeing through body transformation.

Matt started practicing his craft in a mixture of gyms from martials to body building, until he eventually took the plunge to open his own business- Lifestyle Performance Transformations.

Due to Matt’s own life-threatening Cancer experience, LPT has become much more than just a personal training service over the past 8 years.

The holistic & integrated approach taken to achieve results, is what has attracted wide spread media & resulted in Matt being awarded World Fitness Elite trainer if the year 2012.

Matt’s mission is to help one million people get the body & life they choose using the T.C.P method.

Jamie has 8 years experience in the fitness industry first building his own personal training business and then joining the LPT team and heading the runnings at LPT’s brand new facility in Northampton.

Head Coach – Kettering Large Group Personal Training

Taylor Wilson is the head coach of Ketterings Large Group Personal Training Program the Fit4Life Project. This hugely popular program has helped hundreds of men & women drop huge amounts of weight over the past 5 years. The entry program “A Stone in 6” has seen more than 300 people lose an average of a stone in weight in just 6 weeks without restrictive dieting or long periods of boring cardio/gym classes.

From the man himself..

I am a mad sportsman with a keen interest in Rugby and Skiing. I have always enjoyed physical training with a large focus on olympic weightlifting. I have trained a huge spectrum of people hat have all presented different challenges. Using Physical training alongside Mindset coaching I have had a number of success stories – helping LPT member lose over 100 stone in just 6 months.

I am a strong believer in hard work, determination and the willingness to learn and constantly no matter who you arrive strive to be a better you.

Author, reiki practitioner & holistic health coach, Cassie Farren has been a huge asset to team LPT. Cassie has a wonderful way of listening to people, understanding their real struggle and guiding them toward a better path through health, fitness & lifestyle habits LPT teaches its members.



LPT’s Run Club Leader across Kettering, Oundle & Thrapston.

A previous personal training client and life-long fitness fanatic Phil has been responsible for the running & coaching of LPT’s first ever running club “LPT Run”. LPT Run is a friendly community of joggers & leisure runners who enjoy running with like minded people & enjoying the routes planned across it’s three running clubs of Kettering, Thrapston & Oundle.
